Clock face

I know it looks bad - hey it was free to begin with from a timeshare sales tour. Maybe sometime i will substitute a better clock box

Clock back

Everything is inside, except the motor plug supply. Visible is the minute motor, which is inline with its shaft, to which it is coupled by a short length of 3/16 rubber fuel hose. The hour motor is mounted on a shelf at the bottom. It is coupled by 1/4 hose to a bevel gear set whose output shaft holds both of the coaxial shafts for the hands.
The circuits are on three small boards, located wherever feasible. The motor drive board, containing a picaxe 18X, is located on the shelf where the motor leads will reach it. The timer board is near the watch. The sensor board is at the top, with the battery below it. This makes it accessable for the battery and programming connectors when the top is removed.
