Solar Charger Charge Controller

This item was made specially to mate with the Current Limiter and its 4-pin Jones receptacle. It enhances the charging project by cutting off the charging current when a selected ampere-hours has been reached.
Since this is a solar-powered project, it is powered by a rechargable battery, which is automatically recharged if no battery is conected to the Current Limiter.
It uses a Picaxe 20M2 which is somewhar of an overkill, but I wished to use the FVRSETUP command at 2.048V.
Inputs from the Current Limiter allow measurement of the voltage of the battery being charged, and its charging current.
An output to the Curent Limiter shuts it down when the battery if fully charged.

If no external battery is connected, then the Charge Controller's rechargable battery is charged instead.
